This service will also you to submit any modifications and as-built documents for review / approval. All versions of submittals will be tracked in this system. You only need to make one submittal per project in the on-line application platform and the system will distribute the to appropriate offices to allow the appropriate reviews associated with the above programs to be performed concurrently. You can upload all submittals and responses to our reviews using the Projectdox system. We are committed to completing our reviews within 14 calendar days of submittal, unless otherwise notified. The Projectdox system is on a secure server and only customers associated with the application (owner, developer, and designer) will have access. Data is not accessible to the general public.
All submittal reviews / approvals associated with the above programs will support building, grading and demolition permits (administered by the Department of Housing and Community Development) and right-of-way permits (administered by the Department of Transportation).
